User :   Hi my seventeen month old toddler keeps getting these welts on his body. some will come on his face but they are not as large as the one on his legs, and arms (they are half the size of a dime). this started about two months ago continuosly and they would take about a week to fully heal leaving a dark spot. At first they didnt seem to bother him but now i could see him scratchig alot where these welts are located. Today there was two on his thighs and when he scratch them they were accompanied by two more at the same location. Any idea what this could be? i explained this to his pediatrician but he said that it was a reaction to insect bites. I stay up at nights looking for mosquitos, i did see about two of them but they were nowhere near him. i strip the bed looking for BBs but i didnt see anything, i dusted, wiped with bleach and disenfection products and still i am having these problems. oh and i might add that out of all four of us that is living together (2 bedrooms) he's the only one getting bites. please i desperately need an opinion in this matter, i jus want to knw that it is not something more serious.
