User :   i would like to know if sinusitis can cause chest pain

User :   i mean can any sinus node inflamation lead to a chest pain

User :   i had a small chest pain, and i have sinusitis also, so, could this be the reason for chest pain as all other cardiac tests have prved negative for pain
