the medications are to be continued until your treating doctor feels you are fine without taking them, which will be bases on regular follow up and effects seenafter the dose tapering

Doctor :   vomiting, loss of appetite, unusual or severe mental or mood changes, increased sweating or flushing, unusual fatigue, uncontrolled movements like tremors, decreased interest in sex.
