User :   Hello this is a query for a shoulder sprain for my 2 1/5 year daughter

Doctor :   may i know, how did such a small girl come to have such issue ?
User :   she has been complaining of pain after a play session with her dad .. she playfully held his hands and stretched backwards
User :   las night at around 22:00 hrs

Doctor :   can u tell me some of her symptoms at present ?
User :   she has been unconfortable & refuses to move her left hand freely

User :   she has no swelling
Doctor :   How did u get to the diagnosis that it was a sprain of the shoulder ?
User :   last night she experienced pain while turning in her sleep
User :   kinda based on symptoms
User :   she is otherwise cheerful but when she has to use her left hand for any movement she says ouch etc
User :   she is able ti grasp stuff
User :   she has been clinging to her shoulder since morning ..
User :   last night she was holding her elbow
User :   we had applied ice pack on her elbow region last night ... but not the shoulder joint
