Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   How can I help you
User :   ive been told that i have a shoulder cuff injury and i was wondering if its serious enough to go get it looked at
Doctor :   Yes XXXXXXXX it will always be better to get it examined by the orthopedic
User :   well im still in softball and i cant really miss any games so should i wait for the season to be over in a few weeks or would it get worse if i wait that long
Doctor :   If a delay is made in getting to the doctor then the severity of teh injury would worsen and make it harder for only rest and the physiotherapy to get it cleared.
Doctor :   and it would be advisable to get the medical attention ate the earliest to prevent any lasting and crippling injury
User :   so i shouldnt wait 2 1/2 weeks until the season is over
Doctor :   Yes certainly it will make it worse and probably curable only with Surgery and lasting deformity
Doctor :   and restricted movements.
User :   r u serious i didnt think 2 weeks would do that, it can get that bad
Doctor :   2 weeks you will be playing softball and that is extensive usage of the injured shoulder that would mean that you are worsening it and things that can be relieved by rest will and in all possibilities require Surgery..
User :   but the thing is it only hurts when i throw over hand and im throwing underhand most the time cuz im a pitcher, so will it still make it worse
Doctor :   Any ways you will be using the injured shoulder itself is it not and that will be making it worse for sure..
Doctor :   Please fill the feedback form I send and tell me when done .
User :   thanks for your help thats all i needed thanks again
Doctor :   Is there any thing else that I could help you with?
You are welcome
