User :   hi i having short breath off and on for about the last couple hours or so and my chest feels kinda of tight it first occured when i was at them gym i had to cut my work out short becuase of it will this go away by it self
Doctor :   how long back did this happen?
Doctor :   is there increased heart rate, sweating, chest pain associated?
User :   approxamently 2-3 hours ago no sweating yes to the heart rate
Doctor :   please provide your age, gender, location, occupation, height, weight, details of past medical illness if any.
Doctor :   has the shortness of breath come down or is it same as before?
User :   21 yr old male no occupation 5foot 11 230lbs no past illness and yes it has come down a little bit but my chest still feels tight
Doctor :   ok. I recommend you to either go into fresh air or go to Emergency room to get oxygen therapy
Doctor :   and a ECG done
Doctor :   to rule out/confirm if the problem is related to heart
Doctor :   and get the chest tightness treated.
User :   well as to the heart rate i take an energy work out supplement (n.o. explode) since i didnt work out that hard i think it might still be in my system

Doctor :   you should report to your physician or Emergency room for further treatment
