User:Sir i am having a high blood pressure history from last 10 years, and taking medicine Losar H

User:Just now days i am having problem and feel heavyness in breath

User:yes sir, the blood pressure is 90/140, i got checked last week

User:yes, actually from last 6 months i am unable to continue my morning walk, now when i get so, i get this problem
