User :   for the past three days ive been having pain in my upper right abdomen.

User :   well, i have been having shooting pains coupled with a constant dull pain.

User :   if it was my gallbladder, and if it had burst, would it be immediately paintful or would it take a while for symptoms to set in?

if your gall bladder was bursted, it is such a painful condition and emergency that you would have been rushed to ER
User :   it would be immediately painful then?
User :   im mainly asking if i need to go to the hospital, i have a doctor's appt tomorrow morning
