User :   yes the question that i have are to do with discomfort on the left side of the chest

User :   ramdom time there is sharp pain under the breast area but not in the center of the chest for the most part
User :   when in the center of chest it is a pressure that last for just couple of seconds

User :   yes 42 yrs w 177..5 foot 3 inchs
User :   i am a sevvice advisor at a automoble dealer ..and yes it can be stressful
User :   i do keep track of my bp..
Doctor :   do u have changes in your appetite, or buring in the center of the chest ?
User :   no as far change of appetite
User :   no burning in center of chest
Doctor :   any fatiue , palpitations ?

User :   yea ..sometime feel dizzy ad have to take a deep breath

Doctor :   do u have shortness of brath while waling or climbing stairs ?
User :   when sleeping at nite if laying on the right side i will wake up with papitations
User :   always ....need to work out and lose more wight

Doctor :   now to start with, you need to get some blood tests , EKG, and an Chest Xray

User :   yes ...that is what i think,,,
Doctor :   in addition , cardiac workup. with a treadmill test to check for cardiac function and an echocardiography will also be needed
User :   yes do u think i am on the right track ...with these systoms? it gotten worse over the last couple of weeks
Doctor :   in case you have high BP, etc medications have to be titrated as well
User :   bp shows good i test it at home
Doctor :   Consult your GP and get the tests done, after a physical examination and then follow the advice as per the findings on the tests done.

User :   but it does sound like somthing not worrin right

Doctor :   it seems that there is someting that needs to be looked into , which if delayed may can cause issues over a long time, if not right now
