Doctor :
Ok

Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
May I know your age?
User :   23
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
May I know your height and weight?
User :   i weight around 83KG
User :   but i am not really sure about my height it could be 173cm
Doctor :   Fine

Doctor :
If you press on the area where you ay pain
Doctor :
is pain increasing
User :   i do not feel the pain unless i deep breath
User :   but when i pressed now i only felt a little pain
User :   it was not very painfull
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
This is mainly due to a local
Doctor :
muscular or a soft tissue inflammation
User :   but how can i get rid of it
Doctor :   This could be due to an injury

Doctor :
or due to a gastric reflux problem
User :   I have had no injuries at all
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
How about gastric problem?
User :   what does that mean ?
Doctor :   Reflux issue

Doctor :
Like the food coming back to mouth
User :   oh no
User :   this has not happened to me
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :
Then this goes in favour of muscular strain
Doctor :
I will tell you
User :   Ok
Doctor :
this has the least association with cardiac problem
Doctor :
So, you need not worry
Doctor :
But for the benefit of doubt, I would suggest you to get an ECG done
Doctor :
That would be the Ideal appraoch
User :   can it be a heart problem?
Doctor :   Very less likely

User :   But i thought when a person has heart problems he/she will experience a pain on shoulder as well as the area of the heart
Doctor :   Yes

Doctor :
But you will have other symptoms like
Doctor :
difficulty in breathing
Doctor :
or difficulty in doing exercise
Doctor :
or activities that require effort
Doctor :
But yours is like
Doctor :
when the muscle is stretched during breathing
Doctor :
it hurts
Doctor :
So this looks different from that
User :   yeah and only when i have a deep breath
Doctor :   fine

Doctor :
That is the key I could catch
Doctor :   But do get an ECG done

Doctor :
to rule it out
User :   I will try to get it done
Doctor :   Fine

Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?

User :   i guess that is it
User :   that is my main problem

User :   ok
User :   oh by the way
User :   would the ECG test be expensive
Doctor :   No

Doctor :
