User :   Every once in a while when I stand up quick, or sneeze, I get a sharp pain in the right center of what seems like the center of my brain. Am I gonna die?

User :   No, just last few days, only 3x so far

User :   2x getting up, 1x sneezing
Doctor :   what other symptoms are you having?
User :   Non
Doctor :   is there any headache, running nose cough associated?
User :   No

Doctor :   usually this happens when there is a mildly raised intracranial pressure that occurs normally to some extent when sneezing or coughing
