User:i have noticed from along time that when i am holding some thing in my hand, my hand shakes

User:generally i look for some support sothat others should not feel bad

User:this is happening over 1-2 years
Doctor:ok, what other symptoms do you have?
User:i realise , i have lack of sleep frequently
Doctor:Do you have any other medical illness.
Doctor:are you under stress.
Doctor:have you done any medical test from past 2 yrs
Doctor:or showed to any doctor.
User:i have shown to a Physician around 2 years back and he told me it is because of less exercise ?
Doctor:have you nay difficulty during writing,
Doctor:picking a cup of coffee
Doctor:puttina button in your shirt
User:picking is OK and i am able to hold but others notice shaking very fast than i realise

User:vegetarian with egg

User:i am frequently eating garlic, onion
User:once a week i take 2 boiled egg or omlete

User:mother-asthamatic father- having joint pains no other illness history

User:i have not noticed the same, very little may be there

User:i don't drink alcohol or coffee but take Tea ( Readymade, strongly boiled) 3 times a day will need to undergo a physical examination and certain tests like TSH,Vit b12 and a neuro assessment

Doctor:There might be a neurological cause, but you will need to do these tests first
Doctor:are you on any medications presently?
User:i recall i have had various tensions in past leading to lack of sleep, unsure if that had caused any issues
User:no medicines
Doctor:stress can cause this to some extent, but not everyday for 2 yrs, you might have some vitamin deficiency or thyroid disease too
Doctor:have you gained or lost weight recently?
User:no, my weight is in rane of 89-92kg from last 1 year(although on higher side
Doctor:Does emotional stress or excitement make it worse?
User:to some extent but mainly a disagreement with some action which might be harmful for purpose of activity .
Doctor:Are both hands affected? To the same degree on both sides?
User:yes, both hands same level
Doctor:I still feel you need to undergo the blood tests and not prolong the matter,
Doctor:the more time you take the more the problems will arise
User:TSH and blood test
Doctor:TSH, vit b12 and neuro assessment
User:what kind of test specially to Blood test ?
Doctor:T3 T4 TSH
Doctor:You can get this prescribed by a Physician
