User :   I have severe back ache problem.
User :   its in the lower back which radiates to right leg
Doctor :   how long have u had this, and how did this start ? What other symptoms do u have other than this ?
User :   its been almost an year.initially somebody told me its schiatica pain so i went through some pressure point therapies
User :   but now it seems to times i feel theres no sensation in the legs and at times arms also

User :   No idea bout that.

User :   I am asthmatic and aslo have the problem of ovarian cyst

Doctor :   please explain about your daily job ? sedentary, alwasy seated, or active or highly active ?
User :   my job is standing for 6-7 hrs.initially when it started i had a full time seated job
Doctor :   from the history given, it could be due to nerve pressure associated with back sprain or a disc prolapse
Doctor :   the first and best step to go ahead is PHYSIOTHERAPY AND STRETCHING exercises for about 2-3 months
User :   I feel at times s if something has shifted to right side of back n at time to left side.but now it becomes difficult to walk.
Doctor :   back stretching yoga exercises will also be helpful
Doctor :   but these should be done with proper training
User :   do i need to see an orthopeaedic immediately?
Doctor :   If symptoms are very severe , a MRI of the spine might be required to look for a disc prolapse
User :   y does it pain in right leg
User :   and i do have this problem of numbness of arms hands while sleepng
Doctor :   in case of disc prolapse or any cause of pressure on the nerve - the pressure causes reduced blood flow in the nerves and affects its function
User :   is there any medication for the same
Doctor :   this could be the cause of pain in the leg
Doctor :   the numbness could be due to abnormal posture and long term pressure on the nerve at certain pressure points
Doctor :   medication s - yes there are
User :   my work schedule doesnt allow me to go to a physiotherapist.if you could suggest some exercises which can be easily done
Doctor :   but it depends on the cause and first a diagnosis is needed
