User :   i had question reg my acidity problem....

User :   if i dont eat food on time or dont drink enough water, i get this thing which enters my head so badly ...tht its very painful
User :   & untill i vomit out tht headache never goes
User :   also i read about this online..& got to know this also causes greying of hair

Doctor :   Ok .after analyzing the history the symptoms suggest of 2 things.
User :   sure
Doctor :   1. the headache can be because of Hypogylcemia(less sugar in the blood) since you are not taking food properly.
Doctor :   2. Migraine because of the similar history in the mother.
Doctor :   Both can present with similar symptoms.

User :   no..but i have started drinking water regularly in the morining
Doctor :   Yes that is good, that helps in removing the toxins from the body. In early morning a glass of water is must.

Doctor :   The home remedies are: Doctor :   1.Take dried ginger powder and mix with equal quantity of turmeric powder. Add milk to this mixture so that a tooth paste consistency paste results. Apply this paste on forehead. Wash with cold water after 30 minutes and take few deep breaths! Migraines get at least relief to some extent by this remedy

Doctor :   2.Primrose oil, is an anti-inflammatory agent, that keeps the blood vessels from constricting.helps in relieving pain.
