User :   my husband had an blood clot and had to be operated (anurisim) 15 years ago.
Since we have been lucky to have no problems, yesterday twice he ran a fever for a short period of time (10mins), got an unbearable pounding headache and his pinky and ring finger froze up and twitched i dont know that there is any relation to what occured previously with the blood clot but it his symptons are pretty odd and concerns me.

User :   headache stayed for 15 minutes. the headache occured after he had been on a down hill bike ride so i thought he was tired and hot but the whole ride home he complained of this headache and for the 15 it was sever even light started to bother him
User :   Today still the headache but not that headache that made him not be able to function

Doctor :   Did he have any other symptoms like chest pain, sweating, anxiety, palpitations?
User :   no appetite when it was occurring, finger (ring finger and pinky) twitched and froze up

User :   couldnt sorry typing fast

User :   no never thats why i got a nervous

User :   that was a very long time ago

User :   it was in his brain he was driving to college had on and off sight and ran a fever.
User :   all the things i saw yesterday which is what had me concerned
User :   they operated on the brain and put a plate in his head, staples

User :   no family history at all of anyone else

User :   great blood pressure. he had a fall last august on his bike and hit his lower back no real damage and our doctor checked him throughout and all seemed good
Doctor :   Does he smoke or take alcohol?
User :   He was descriped dilantin (blood thinner) and has not taken about 10 years. Yes he drinks the occasional drink and smokes here and there maybe 3 cigerettes a WEEK
Doctor :   What is his nature of work?
User :   He did have a cocaine problem that he kicked four years ago we went for extensive testing after the habit was over and everything turned out good
User :   He owns a car wash
User :   he is under high pressure all day every day that the car wash
Doctor :   So you mean he has high stress levels?
User :   YES
User :   Yesterday he took the day off to try to relax and bike ride what he loves
Doctor :   Any red or dark patches on the skin, blood clots appearing

User :   no that i noticed
Doctor :   Actually he needs a refreshing day after a tiresome week

Doctor :   Any noticeable changes in Urine or Bowel movements
User :   weird you say that his urine burned coming out

User :   sorry had to add on minutes. I just texted him to see if there has been any change in his stool he only commented about his urine burning while peeing

User :   sleeping woke up once from being hot

User :   heat over exerting himself

Doctor :   5) Follow up with Doctors as he is nearing a risk age group
User :   ok i will have him go for a normal check up and i understand the importance of the list you provided

User :   we have a wedding this evening no problem to go? drink??

Doctor :   If he has frequent headaches, consider a possibility of tension headache/ migraine, otherwise it is ok
User :   he doesnt have frequent headaches just few and in between
Doctor :   The Aneurysm in the brain, one should be vigilant
