Doctor :   I am on an emergency call

Doctor :
Kindly wait for 2 mins
User :   no problem
Doctor :   Thank you for patience
Doctor :
Appearing and disappering is usually due to lymph nodes
Doctor :
and sometimes it can be a result of inflammation due to injury of other soft tissues as well
Doctor :
Did you have fever/injury in the recent past?
User :   yes last month i was hospitallized because of fever
User :   but it still come and goes

I would suggest you to get a blood test mainly Hb, TC, DC and ESR done
User :   sometimes my eyes feels like burning and like im about to have chills but i do not become hot
Doctor :   Ok
User :   what are this blood test for?
Doctor :   To rule out any infection for now

Doctor :
or rather check if there is any infection
User :   when i was hospitalize i had whole abdominal ultrasound the report says that i have moderate hydronephrosis
Doctor :   Ok

User :   and 3 small gall bladder stone
Doctor :
Hydronephrosis means swelling of the kidney

Doctor :
How about the left ovary, what is the size?
User :   post salpingo-oophorectomy and subtotal hysterectomy 4 years ago
Doctor :   Ok fine I got it

Doctor :
But this is not related directly
Doctor :
I can tell you that
Doctor :
for now
Doctor :
have you got those blood tests done?
User :   no hysterectomy was done 2005 and with the ovary 2007
Doctor :   Ok

User :   i had a blood different count
Doctor :   Fine
Doctor :
What was the value
User :   im not sure of whats it called
User :   for a while
Doctor :

Doctor :
Ok

Doctor :
Ok
User :   no evidence of maturity

Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Has been more than a month
Doctor :
Was the fever same even at that time?
User :   oh should i get a new one?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :   Now a repeat is of help
Doctor :
To direct the treatment
Doctor :
especially ESR
User :   i asked what was causing it but they just said that they cannot tell
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
From which country you are?
User :   philippines
Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
Do get a physical examination done by the general physician
User :   in my other blood test a day before the first one i send you my lymphocytes is 8L
User :   and neutrophil is 86H
Doctor :   You mean to say percentage

Doctor :
what is that L/H
User :   there is no percent sign here
Doctor :   Ok

User :   i also do not know
Doctor :
Fine
Doctor :
No worries
Doctor :
as I could get the other report
Doctor :
Now a repeat test
Doctor :
with the physical examination of the swelling would be essential
Doctor :
If it is an infection a course of antibiotics would help
User :   ok but what would be possibly this?
Doctor :   A chronic infection

Doctor :
which can lead to lymph node swelling
Doctor :
called as lymphadenitis
User :   i had antibiotics through IV but it did not help much
User :   my fever went down just for A FEW HOURS THEN CAME BACK AGAIN
Doctor :   Ok

User :   even at my back there are so many like that
User :   even taking pain reliver does not help
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Yes, antibiotics are essential
User :   its very painful when one of the lymp node reach the part of my temple
Doctor :   Yes

Doctor :
It happens
User :   everyday none stop literally
Doctor :   Ok

User :   but where would bev the infection coming from?
Doctor :   It is a hidden infection

Doctor :
Can be in lungs mainly
Doctor :
or a part in the face
User :   is this bad?
Doctor :
Not bad as such
Doctor :
It has to be treated
Doctor :   with appropriate antibiotics
User :   what would be the possible complications if not treated?
Doctor :   infection goes on

Doctor :
and can spread to other body part
Doctor :
not a recommended one
Doctor :
and need not think of it
Doctor :
if you start treatment now
User :   i had this after my oophorectomy and it just stopped like 3 months before it again came back
Doctor :   Ok

User :   what would be the possible explaination for that? does this mean that it might had started before and now it came back again?
Doctor :   There will be silent times in chronic infections

Doctor :
so cannot comment precisely on that
Doctor :
like since when it is present
Doctor :
or its duration as such
User :   oh
User :   doctor im also worried about my ovary
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
What with respect to that?
User :   when i had my MRI done for the spinal cord the doctor from the MRI said to me that she saw the problem with my right kidney and that there is a solid mass on my remaining ovary
Doctor :   ok

User :   ib he ultrasound it just said prominent ovary
Doctor :   MRI is more accurate and explanatory

User :   i also have a family history of breast cancer
Doctor :   Ok

User :   the reason for my MRI because both of my legs are already numb b8ut my left thigh is super sensitive with cold
Doctor :   Ok

User :   L3-4, L4-5,L5-S1 slipped disc
Doctor :
Cold in the sense, does it cause excessive pain?
User :   and 1 root nerve compression
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Nerve compression causes severe symptoms
Doctor :
I do know that
Doctor :   It is a different modaliy

User :   yes it causes so much pain
Doctor :   slipped disc has to be supported
Doctor :
but providing lumbar belt
Doctor :
and support for that area
Doctor :
You will need to meet the orthopedic surgeon for that
User :   oh but im really wondering why they dont advice me with things like this
Doctor :   Ok

User :   and i keep on telling them already that im in a lot of pain
Doctor :
If required, then a neurosurgeon reference would be required
Doctor :   it is a collective approach

User :   correct me please if im wrong, the slipped disc is for the orthopedic surgeon and the neurosurgeon for the nerve compression?
Doctor :   Ortho surgeon is enough

Doctor :
and will refer to the neurosurgeon
Doctor :
if essentia
Doctor :   'essential

User :   oh so the orthosurgeon would be the one to decide if a neurosurgeon is neede?
Doctor :
Yes that is right
User :   ok with the other things that i have, does any of it has a connection with regards to the lympnodes?
Doctor :   No

Doctor :
It is not related
Doctor :
This is a different cause
User :   if the MRi is correct would it be cancer?
Doctor :   Nothing like cancer

Doctor :
All masses are not cancer
Doctor :
You first get evaluated
Doctor :
rather thinking of all the possibilities now
Doctor :
that is the best approach
User :   my husband and i notice also it my right breast that there is a hard lump that does not move like the other ones
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Get it examined by the general surgeon
Doctor :
even for the facial swelling you can go to general surgeon
Doctor :
and need not go to the physician for now
User :   my hysterectomy is from a misdiagnosis that led to malpractice so doctors here with their "doctor ethic " does not accept me
Doctor :
General surgeon will examine your breast and face
User :   oh ok
Doctor :   Is there any thing else I can help you with?

User :   last question
Doctor :   Sure
Doctor :
Proceed with it
User :   with CA125 and my past surgeries what would be the reference range valu?
Doctor :
Upto 35 is normal
User :   so it does not change even with only one ovary?
Doctor :   No

Doctor :
That is the normal value as per my knowledge
User :   ok thank you very much for your time
Doctor :
One thing
User :   yes
Doctor :
Even above 35 does not mean that it is cancer
Doctor :
Understand about that
Doctor :
Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic. Bye for now. Please refer your friends to our service.
User :   yes i understand it could be infection also thta can make it elevated
Doctor :   Not infection as such
Doctor :
But it does not mean cancer
Doctor :
That you need to know
User :   ok
Doctor :
Bye for now
User :   bye
