User:i have too much of dandruff
User:what shall i do it for that to cure?

User:it is been thr from childhood
User:i am 26 now

User:i have too much of dry skin , through out the body, and it iwll be seen like a dandruff through out the body

Doctor:You need a long term treatment under the guidance of a Dermatologist. This will be a minimum of 6 months to one year
