Doctor :   Based on the description of your symptoms, the chronic headaches are probably due to vascular headaches(migraine).
Doctor :   This is a condition in which the cause is unknown.
Doctor :   Various factors are known to precipitate/aggravate this condition.
Doctor :   Since the cause is unknown, the treatment here is in preventing the attacks.
Doctor :   Let me put it in simple terms.
Doctor :   The best way of treating this problems is applying the following measures.
Doctor :   1. Medical drugs, both prothiaden and sibelium are known to prevent these headaches, hence if you feel that the headaches are persistent inspite of these medications, you can consider altering the dose of the medications following a consultation from your treating doctor.
Doctor :   2. Of all the factors that precipitates these attacks reduced sleep, improper dietary habits, increased stress are few of the commonest ones.
Doctor :   Hence regular sleeping habits, regular meals, avoiding fasting all can help you in getting this headache under control.
Doctor :   3. There are few factors such as strong odour which can trigger such headaches.
Doctor :   So keep away from perfumes, strong deodarants and so on.
Doctor :   And proxyvon in not addictive.
Doctor :   4. In case of severe headaches, simple analgesics such as proxyvon, ibuprofen can be taken.
Doctor :   So you can safely take proxyvon during time of severe headaches.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Using the analgesics early before you feel the headaches are going to become severe or before you feel that you are going to have this headaches work better than waiting for some time.
Doctor :   Hence pop these analgesics as soon as you feel that the headaches start.
User :   ok
Doctor :   5. Be regular with your medications, irregular medications or skipping medications is one of the factors which causes ineffectivity of these pills.
Doctor :   Though these are not painkillers, they play a major role in preventing these headaches.
Doctor :   6. Controlling your stress factors also help, hence you need adequate and regular sleep.
Doctor :   Avoid staying awake at night and be regular with sleep.
Doctor :   7. Lastly other stress busters such as breathing exercises, yoga and meditation also play a major role in preventing these headaches.
Doctor :   Finally since this condition can only be prevented and not completely treated, you would need to follow these measures as strictly as possible.
Doctor :   You will be relieved of these headaches.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   I followed. But I don't get natural sleep. I fidget quite alot and had to take a tablet like still noct to sleep
Doctor :   You can consider altering your bed and sleeping style to help you sleep well.
Doctor :   Medications are the last resort to help you sleep.
Doctor :   However, if you are having problems inspite of alterations, then you can consider consulting your doctor.
Doctor :   Have you followed>
