User :   doctor i had severe acne
User :   i showed to a dermat and i was prescribed the following medicine
User :   Tretiva (10 Mg ) once daily, Akem DT once daily and clindac gel for local application on my face
User :   i was prescribed this in the month of Nov and the course lasted for 3 months
Doctor :   have these medications helped to reduce the acne?
User :   the course got over in Feb 2010

User :   and from Feb 2010 up till last few days
User :   i was perfectly okay
User :   the acne had subsided and i had a almost clear face

User :   but since last two days these eruption have started happeing again
User :   they are small eruption. but around 5 - 6 at the same time

User :   these eruptions are exactly similar to the previous ones

Doctor :   2) increasing skin cell turnover by using a mild gentle scrub to gently take away dead skin
Doctor :   3) fighting bacterial infection by being on oral and topical medications as prescribed by your dermatologist

Doctor :   and observing and taking well balanced diet that includes lot of salads
