Doctor :
What do you attribute this to be?

the cause I mean
User :   I can only imagine it is some type of virus or bacteria, I did drink red wine for the first time last night, not sure if that is associated
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Something related to food or liquid inake, mostly
Doctor :
this could be either bacterial(more likely), viral or a parasitic one
Doctor :
You shall need to take antibiotics and fluid replacement

antiemetic is necessary

You should consider hospitilization

as you shall need intravenous fluids

or else antiemetic tablet along with other medications on Outpatient basis
Doctor :   Blood pressure shall need to be assessed

User :   ok, is this likely to go away within 24hours?

It shall subside with medications

meaning improvement shall be there
Doctor :
but do not delay the treatment
User :   ok
User :   is there anything I can do in the meantime to help rehydrate?
Doctor :   You can take ORS if you have
Doctor :
or else take fluids like buttermilk
Doctor :
or the next good option is to take onelitre of water , add one fist of sugar to it along with a pinch of salt, if you dont have a ORS
Doctor :
this is an age old formula
Doctor :
but helpful
User :   ok, I will try that, but I doubt I will be able to keep it down
User :   I will contact my main doctor asap
Doctor :
Sure
User :   ok thanks
Doctor :
Is there any thing else I can help you with?
