User :   Actually last year on 4th of this month I got an accident in which there was soft tissue damage in my left leg..there were 2 hear line fracture also... I got immediate treatment.. Doctors told me it will take time to get 100% cure...Time they told me was 9 to 10 month..but it is going to be 1 year .. but there is still swelling and some of are is not well sensetive

User :   right side of lower leg it is 2 inches of area where I feel less sencesion

User :   it is not complete sension loss. I feel it when I touches that area ... But I am comfortable to wlak.. n do all my regular activities...

you told me that the blood tests also were done for you. so any idea what tests were done? was Uric acid levels, RA factor, Blood urea nitrogen checked?

User :   actually I donated blood recently...in report everything was normal

i will suggest you to get a neurologic evaluation done, as there could have been a minimal damage to the leg nerve, which is acusing the sensation loss.

and also get these following blood tests done.
User :   I want to clear 1 thing more My whole leg is allright except the part which is get contact with surface(upper part of this)

this will help to confirm the cause for the swelling that to mentioned.

yes, physiotherapy will help, but it is better to come to a conclusion as to why you are having these symptoms, and then decide on wht mode of physiotherapy will be best for you

as the modalities used for treatment in physiotherapy may change as per the diagnosis
