User :   no at all, but i smoke
Doctor :   ok
User :   im scared now please tell me what's going on
Doctor :   ok , let me explain it to you
User :   yes please go ahead
Doctor :   your sperm counts are normal
Doctor :   but there is a problem with regard to motility
Doctor :   we expect nearly 50 percent sperms to be motile
Doctor :   for a normal semen report
Doctor :   and the pus cells are around 8 and above
User :   so my semen counts are normal
Doctor :   the counts are normal
Doctor :   I am concerned of the reduced actively motile sperms (which is shown as 0%) in you.
Doctor :   This could be a factor for reduced fertility.
Doctor :   From this far without an urological examination, I cannot predict on what might be causing this.
Doctor :   You will hence need an urological examination.
User :   so my semens are useless
Doctor :   Sperms are classified as actively motile or rapidly motile, sluggishly motile or non motile.
User :   i have 0% active !
Doctor :   The sperms which are actively motile are responsible to cause pregnancy.
Doctor :   A physical examination and may be a repeat semen analysis to confirm the reports is probably the best way to approach the problem now.
Doctor :   You will need to get the tests done after abstaining from masturbation for week.
Doctor :   * abstaining from masturbation for a week.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   this report is already done and i didnt did a masturbation for a week !
User :   my wife on menstruation from a week
Doctor :   Infertility / Reduced fertility is considered only if there is a proof that you were not able to conceive after one and half year of trying for pregnancy.
Doctor :   So even if the reports were abnormal, I will not consider this to be a proof of infertility.
Doctor :   I can only say this,
Doctor :   If the repeat sample, shows reduced motility, then the chances of fertility are reduced; but not infertile.
Doctor :   Hence no need to panic.
User :   so i must go to a doctor to check my urological examination ?
Doctor :   I suggest you to consult an urologist who after examination can look for any conditions such as varicocele
Doctor :   Treating such conditions can improve the motility.
Doctor :   Absence of agglutination is a favorable point here.
Doctor :   Hence do not lose hope.
User :   and my wife should go to a check too?
Doctor :   Consult an urologist who after evaluation will be able to suggest you the next steps of treatment.
Doctor :   Like I said earlier, these tests are usually recommended only after one and half years of repeated trying to conceive.
Doctor :   Inspite of trying for the minimum period of one and half years, if it isn't fruitful, testing is recommended in both partners.
Doctor :   Hope it is clear to you.
User :   yes its
User :   thanks so much doctor
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
User :   thank you i got it now
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor :   Bye for now,.
User :   bye
Doctor :   Wish you good luck.
User :   thanks
