Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   how can i help you?
User :   The back of my mouth near a wisdom tooth is badly swollen. I've gargled warm salt water and taken motrin to no effect. Just looking for other suggestions. This happens from time to time when a piece of food gets stuck under the gum that overlays the tooth
Doctor :   you might need a physical examination by a dentist to rule out any infection
User :   it set in within a 24 hour period shortly after eatting breakfast yesterday the pain began. I'd love to go see a doctor but no insurance and already a good pile of med bills
Doctor :   Continue salt water gorgling
Doctor :   and atleast use some overthe counter analgesics
