User :   hi, im having seizure like fits, not often but sometimes and at night my body becomes like a dead weight and i cant move, my face muscles also contort

User :   well a year ago on new years day with the fit like attacks but only the past 2 months or so with the attacks at night

Doctor :   Do you smoke/drink alcohol/Any other habits?
User :   i only drink on weekends

Doctor :   is the fit episode present on all the days?
User :   well it will differ, the last one i had was on thursday and the past two nights i had the attacks at night but there have been points where i was having the fits a few times a week

Doctor :   do you deferentiate fits and tremors
User :   its hard to explain, sometimes all of my muscles will move at the same time and cause my hands to curl up and sometimes i have an all over shaking feeling
User :   i cant really tell
Doctor :   are you using any drugs?
User :   i have done in the past but these were happening before i tried any

Doctor :   There are several cases in which seizures might be a temporary problem, and might not develop into epilepsy,

Doctor :   Although they are temporary, they are no less severe than epileptic seizures, and should be treated immediately by a qualified physician
User :   ah ok, would you recommend any blood tests or anything alike?
Doctor :   All patients who are suspected of having suffered an epileptic seizure should have an EEG (electroencephalogram)
User :   what is that?
User :   a blood test?
Doctor :   the brain's electrical rhythms are monitored by electrodes placed on the scalp, and recorded on videotape or on a paper chart.
User :   ah I see
User :   And you feel that is recommended yes?

User :   i have an obsessive compulsive thing with dirt and hygiene

User :   and occassionally my eating habits are affected
Doctor :   thats the most common ocd
User :   and checking switches etc

User :   i have had councilling before, it isnt as bad but i still have it, both eating habits and hygiene/switches obsession
Doctor :   you follow tose guidline i think you should be fine over certain period of time
