User :   I have a small query on STD/HIV infection

User :   i went to a strip club, and had a drink

User :   so are you sure, if its a needle, even very small, and if its go thro skin deep enough to infect from HIV/STD, then atleast i should have a red spot with blood clot on the skin, after i checked 3-4 hours later?
Doctor :   yes, and moreover the shoulder is a muscular site you would have surely felt the needle very well and the blood spot for sure

Doctor :   If you are fair in complexion you can see a red bruise mark over the punctured site
User :   you told punctured twice. what is this?
Doctor :   Sorry , i didn't say puncture twice , its puncture site
User :   i mean to ask what is puncture?
Doctor :   oh, puncture is a hole /pinned site/the site of needle entry
