Doctor :   Can I help you?
User :   Hi, I need some assistance regarding my chird who is 1year 3 months old
Doctor :   Yes tell me
User :   Main problem I am facing with my child is her skin. It is rough and not smooth
User :   I am applying coconut oil and some times, gohnson's baby cream on her body. At that time it will be good. by next day morning the same rough skin appears
Doctor :   Do you mean if its dry or scaly?
User :   its not scaly. but dry
Doctor :   Since how long have you noticed it
User :   for the past couple of months....not exactly
Doctor :   Have you noticed the same thing previously?
User :   no.
Doctor :   Its most probably because of winter. You have to follow a few simple tips for that
Doctor :   1.Wash with warm water and not hot water for bathing the baby
Doctor :   2.Pat dry with a towel and DO NOT RUB with a towel
Doctor :   3.Apply olive oil/ almond oil before bathing
Doctor :   3. Apply a light lotion or cream after bathing
Doctor :   5.If the condition persists for more than 2 weeks after that review again
Doctor :   What soap are you using currently for her?
User :   currently I am using dove liquid soap for my kid and previously gohnson's soap
User :   I will follow your tips.
Doctor :   You have to continue using a mild baby soap for her and not any other soap
User :   Is gohnso's soap and dove liquid soap ok?
Doctor :   Johnson' soap
Doctor :   Baby soaps are better as they do not contain much perfume or color which may dry out the skin
User :   Ok, I will continue the same as per your suggestion.
User :   Thanks a lot.
User :   Bye sir.
Doctor :   Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks for consulting Health care magic. Bye for now.
