User :   This is somewhat of an odd quesetion....

I had an hiv risk exposure back in April 2010 and I tested negative via the rapid hiv test at 6 weeks and 9 weeks and I was told my results were conlusive.

On August 6th I recieved a form by mail at my family house where I also live and the form is called HIV Serology Test Requisition. I'm a bit confused why this was sent to my house and I received no calls and I know to obtain this answer I would have to call them directly.

What I'm concerned about is that I feel my confidentality has been broken, as in if any member of the family opened this letter they would have found out I'm a homosexual man which could present major problems....

What actions should I take as I have stated to my clinic many times that I'm in the closet and now this reckless thing happened through them. I'm very furious and this is not the first time this happens.
