User :   i smoke about 8 cigarette's a day , i drink very rarely and only socially ..i sleep well for around 8 hours everyday , appetite is also good , stools are normal except there are days when i have an irritable bowel syndrome , ut that's due to eating outside food i guess

User :   i am due for a corporate health check very soon ..what tests can i do to find out how my lungs are doing ?

User :   that i have done in teh gym itself ... its blowing into the pipe right ? i scored a 600 in that
