User :   Hi, I'm 23 years old female generally in good health with a little anxiety and asthma. I have had ringing in my ears for about a week now and today I have gotten really dizzy. I'm not sure what's wrong. I've had a lot of sinus drainage.

Doctor :   The most probable cause for ringing ears( tinnitus) is middle ear disturbance
User :   oh okay, could the dizziness be a sinus infection with my sinuses acting up
User :   i also just went from 5mg-10mg of lexapro about a week ago

Doctor :   Do you face the symptoms with cahnge in position

User :   when i lay down on my right side the dizziness is worse
Doctor :   Then most probably due to Middle ear problem

Doctor :   But i would rather ask you to get examined by an ENT specialist

Doctor :   See to that dont drive during the episodes and dont turn the head fast/ get up fast/ wake up from bed slower
User :   okay i will do that, i have some pressure in my head and ears could that be realted

User :   i dont usually have headaches, its mostly where my sinuses are
User :   and where my ears are
Doctor :   Ok sinisitis is prone to result in headaches
Doctor :   Is it also often follwed by sneezing
User :   i have been sneezing a lot the past two days
Doctor :   Thats the main cause for headaches they tend to raise your intracranil pressure
Doctor :   resulting in heaviness and headache
User :   oh okay
User :   that is probably it then ill make an appt with my dr to see about my ears
Doctor :   Yes that would surely help
