Doctor :
Ok
Doctor :
After getting so much history
Doctor :
I cannot decisively come to any particular diagnosis
Doctor :
though I can tell
Doctor :
you the possibilities
User :   ok.
Doctor :
First, since all investigations are normal
Doctor :
I feel it could be a musculoskeletal problem
Doctor :
Did she have an injury
Doctor :
in the recent past?
Doctor :
Even a trivial fall?
Doctor :
Have they done an Xray?
User :   no injury...
Doctor :
Have they done an Xray?
User :   no.
Doctor :
How is her back? Is it abnormally bent?
User :   no.
Doctor :
OK
Doctor :
Usually at this age
Doctor :
women get osteoporosis
Doctor :
due to lack of calcium
Doctor :
this can sometimes give rise to bone pains
User :   does osteoporosis leads to chest pain?
Doctor :
The ribs can hurt
Doctor :   For this all she will
Doctor :
need is calcium supplements
User :   how can i get a clear idea that the chest pain may be caused due to osteoporosis
Doctor :
Only an orthopedician can declare so
Doctor :
Anway since the severity is intense
User :   can u have an idea that why is she grtting severe pain when she goes to washroom....
Doctor :
its unlikely to be only due to osteoporosis, I was thinking of an associated trauma
Doctor :
Does nt she get it elsewhere?
User :   ok...& what could be the other problems
Doctor :
or she never goes elsewhere?
Doctor :   Other possibilities- pneumonia
Doctor :
but for that she must have an associated
Doctor :
fever now & then
User :   normally the times when she goes to washroom....but sometimes when she is sitting ideal also...
Doctor :
She must also have cough to say she has pneumonia
User :   ok..but no as such symptoms of pneumonia
Doctor :
Another possibility is liver problem
Doctor :
But you said it was in the upper chest
Doctor :
so less chances
User :   ok
User :   can this issue be due to gas problem?
Doctor :
How was her ECG?
User :   normal
Doctor :
gas problem usually manifests on left side
User :   ok
Doctor :
Has any of the ladies in your family
Doctor :
examined her?
Doctor :
She may be having problem
Doctor :
in her breast
User :   how can we examine that its related to breast? & in that case what may be the major issues? & symptoms
Doctor :
I will give you a link
User :   ok
Doctor :
WWW.WWWW.WW Doctor :

Doctor :
which gives you the way to examine
User :   ok
User :   as per the information we provided to u....what could be the major issue?
Doctor :
Yes
Doctor :
the information
Doctor :
you have provide was honestly very inadequate
Doctor :
hence I couldn't
Doctor :   come to any particular diagnosis
Doctor :
if you had had the test reports
Doctor :
it would have been very useful
Doctor :
I had asked for the liver profile
Doctor :
do you have it?
User :   its normal
Doctor :
Good
Doctor :
Renal?
Doctor :
Kidney profile?
User :   what can be the issue with the increase in number of E.Coli infection?
User :   normal
Doctor :
elderly women are more
Doctor :
prone to get a Urinary tract infection
Doctor :
I guess her sugar levels too are normal?
User :   sugar level is bit high
Doctor :
How much?
Doctor :
RBS?
User :   i guess 140...
Doctor :
Ok, then she will need
Doctor :
only repeat RBS, after a month or two
Doctor :
In case the blood was drawn after a meal then there are chances of getting such reading
Doctor :   so the major
Doctor :
possibilities would be Lung disease, musculoskeletal pain or breast disease
Doctor :
for further ruling out lung disease
Doctor :
she will need an X ray
Doctor :
For ruling out breast disease she needs a mammogram
User :   musculoskeletal pain means osteoporosis ?
Doctor :
The X ray will also show
Doctor :
fractures or severe osteoporosis
User :   what kind of X-Ray for lung desease?
Doctor :   Plain X ray PA view
User :   ok
Doctor :
musculoskeletal pain does not omly mean
Doctor :
osteoporosis, but also fractures, spasms etc
Doctor :
Is there any thing else I can help you with?
User :   out of these 3 issues, in which case does a person gets chest pain when they go to washroom?
Doctor :   Lung disease & heart diseases
Doctor :
Since it is right side
User :   ok.
Doctor :
its unlikely to be heart
Doctor :
Lastly, if all is well
Doctor :
it could mean a mental illness
Doctor :
called somatization
Doctor :
Only if all is well & proved to be well by a physician
User :   ok. So which specialist is suites best for this condition.....?\
