User :   I don't have in surance and am starting to be concerned about some pain I'm in. It started last week in my lower middle back, felt like I pulled a muscle. Ibuprofin and heat/hot bath helped a lot, but it would always come back. Over the last 6 days, it's slowly moved around my side and now I have throbbing mild pain in my lower right abdomen. The heat still helps. Standing or laying out straight helps. Sitting or laying in a curled up position makes the pain worse. I'm fairly uncomfortable. I'm just concerned it might be appendicitis...but everything I've read says that gets better with curling up and laying out straight makes it worse. Thoughts?
