User :   I injured my right foot a couple of weeks ago. It seems to be swollen, and it hurts to walk on it. Wondering what I should do?

User :   It hurt to walk it, other than that nothing
Doctor :   how did you injure the foot ?
User :   I went to visit a doctor about somethings and I was walking back to work
Doctor :   where is the pain and swelling , fore foot, mid foot or at the heel ?
User :   It is at the front and side of my foot
Doctor :   which side the inner side or outerside of the foot
User :   The innerside of my foot
Doctor :   inner side means the area around the great toe
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   is there any redness ?
User :   On the side of my foot there is a large bump and it's red
Doctor :   ok
did you take any medications ?
User :   Just ibrophen, doesn't seem to be dulling the pain much

User :   Yes, 27
Doctor :   apply crepe bandage to the foot
Doctor :   apply ice on the bump for 3 minutes two or three times a day
Doctor :   you can continue taking the ibuprofen
Doctor :   keep the leg raised while lying
Doctor :   do this for 3 day days and it the pain and swelling do not reduce
Doctor :   you need an x ray examination of the foot
User :   Ok, I will keep at this, could this be a variety of things?
