User :   i am down with fever body pain sore throat running nose and cough for no obvious reason
User :   it just started off suddenly yesterday evening

Doctor :   Have you taken any medication so far?
User :   yes
User :   i have taken two doses of sinarrest paracetamol, lots of soup with black pepper yesterday

Doctor :   Pls do Salt water gargling 2-3 times daily with warm water. you can also continue sinarest if it has given you relief.
Doctor :   eat warm foods
Doctor :   and drink plenty of fluids
Doctor :   Give yourself as much rest as possible and avoid going into an a/c environment
