User :   let me tell you about my problem

User :   i have a recurring cold, and it is activated very easily by pollution or irritation
User :   starts with a runny nose, then blocked nose, and then stays on for 5 days to a week
User :   any suggestions?

User :   since childhood, i guess. am healthy usually, but get this cold once in 3 months
Doctor :   Have you seen an ENT for this prob at any time?
User :   yes, it solves the problem temporarily, but not a permanent solution

User :   no, he did not specify any such illness
User :   he just gave me medicines for the cold

Doctor :   what you can do to minimise hte problem
Doctor :   is buy yourself an mask
Doctor :   Drink plenty of fluids so that any irritaing particles are cleared easily from ur nose
Doctor :   water keeps your nose secretions watery
Doctor :   you can also practice breathing exercises like pranayamas have shown benefical effects in some cases
User :   ok. any medicines i shoudl try?
