User :   my father is 66yrs of age

User :   need to know how will it effect him
Doctor :   low hemoglobin levels are associated with other problems related to adequate oxygen supply to vital organ like heart, kidneys and brain

Doctor :   when was this low Hb levels diagnosed?
Doctor :   does he have any other health problem? if yes please give details of past medical illness and treatment.
User :   he had a accident and brain injury last year and has been on the bed since 21april09

User :   normal veg diet food
Doctor :   I would suggest you start a multivitamin supplement that contains iron.

User :   we have tried the protien powder from amway

Doctor :   and give him Protienex powder 2 spoons mixed with milk twice daily

Doctor :   like green leafy vegetables, rotis made of 5 grain atta or wheat atta mixed with ragi atta

Doctor :   no, it wont be issue in walking, you need to be him always , he might get dizzy spells due to low hemoglobin and will feel tired soon
