User :   when i lay down at night my legs hurt from the knees down for the last week i have had to take 4 ibprophen to get them to ease enough to fall asleep
they ache a little during the day but night they throw

User :   they have ache for a long time but only started getting bad about 3 weeks ago and this past week it is really bad

User :   i am a thing person 125 lbs

User :   yes to this extent a little achey during the day but nothing severe

Doctor :   You try to rub eucalyptus oil for 10 minutes and put them in bearable hot water with salt in it
Doctor :   If such oil is not available you can directly put them in hot water tub for prolonged time

User :   trust me i have done this and also heating pads nothing helps
