User :   Oh I typed out my full complaint on the previous page . are you able to read it or do I have to re-type?
Doctor :   Sorry, can you , retype it again? I am not able to view that due to techinical issues
User :   ok nothing much except that I have been getting joint pains now for the past 6 months. Something new. it is different joints at different times. sometimes left shoulder, sometimes right shoulder, sometimes left thumb, right thumb, etc. i do nothing and it goes away from that joint but recurs in some other one. someone mentioned that this is to be expected with the onset of menopause. do i need to do anything apart from exercise?

User :   age - 50, weight - 76 kgs, occupation - manager - desk job

User :   no surgeries. last menstrual period july 2010 - now i get my period once in 2 months, medical issues - respiratory problems ie not asthma but generally stressful breathing. i do take the inhaler puffs at night. two puffs. sereflo 250

Doctor :   as per your history, it seems you are at the verge of menopause, as you know
User :   lotsw of wheezing actually. maybe constricted passages
Doctor :   if you dont have any fever, joint swelling, weight loss, low appetite, etc, most of your symptoms are common symptoms of menopause ?
User :   no fever, swelling, weight loss, etc.
Doctor :   then as such, these are symptoms of menopause
Doctor :   excercise, physical workouts as far as possible , heat application locally will help for most symptoms
User :   so anything i can do to prevent it from getting worse - apart from exercise?
Doctor :   physiotherapy also helps
User :   ok. thanks.
Doctor :   after a few months, you will be feeling fine, when you are able to tolerate the symptoms well and you wont feel a thing
User :   i see.
