User :   hi dr. i am in menopause and have severe hair fall ... nearly balding

User :   the top of my head has visibily thinned suddenly over the last one month

User :   its been really bad .. hairfalling all over the house since past 2 months
Doctor :   Is there any other symptom? Do you have raised sugar, BP or cholesterol?
User :   i am on a maintenance dose for high bp i take seloken since past 4 years
User :   no other symptoms except a bad back

User :   yeswith medication is very much under control 120/80
Doctor :   Hair fall is very common after menopause because of sudden changes in the hormonal levels.
Doctor :   1)Take Tab Biotin forte one daily for few months.
Doctor :   2)Eat protein rich diet that is dals, egg white, rajma, beans, cereals.
User :   doctor i can see bald lines forming on the top of my head now
Doctor :   3) Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.Grind them in morning and apply on hair for an hour and then wash off.

User :   yes i have to since i have prematurely greyed completely years go

Doctor :   4)Apply egg white on the scalp thrice weekly.
Doctor :   Instead you can use heena for natural hair colouring
User :   it comes ou orange on fully white hair.. looks horrible
