Doctor:Hair fall is a normal process. If the hair loss is more than 100 strands a day,
Doctor:it is considered normal.
Doctor:Therefore if you are losing less than 100 strands then you need not worry.
User:as i mentioned hairfall is very higg

Doctor:if the approximate number is less than 100 then you do not need to be worried.

Doctor:I am sorry, you mentioned only very high. Any way,
Doctor:since the hair loss is more and only for the a month, the most possible cause is telogen effluvium.
Doctor:Telogen effluvium is a temporary condition where significant hair fall occurs. This process is automatically rectified with time.
Doctor:Other possible conditions such as stress, anxiety, dandruff, scalp infections and malnourishment.
Doctor:Since it's been only 1 month, I suggest you to try the following:
Doctor:1. Eat a healthy diet - diet containing plenty of root vegetables such as beet root, radish, potato, carrot and so on. They are healthy for hair.
Doctor:2. Take biotin supplement. Tablet Biotin is available over the counter. Take one tablet a day for 2 months.
Doctor:3. Shampoo your hair and scalp with a good antidandruff and medicated shampoo. Ketoconazole, nizral or 8x are some examples of such shampoo.
Doctor:4. Eat food at regular intervals, sleep adequately (6-8 hours at regular time), involve exercise and mediation in your life style.
Doctor:If these measures fail to improve the symptoms in the next 3-4 months, consider visiting a dermatologist and get a prescription for medications such as minoxidil.
Doctor:You might also need to get some tests such as hemoglobin, thyroid profile and hair test done if symptoms do not resolve in the next 2-4 months.
