User :   I'am having this from past 3-4 years.
User :   I take head bath twice in a week and regularly apply oil

User :   How do I make time for all these? I had to leave to my office in the morning @ 7:30 and reach home by 9:00 or 9:30 PM. I only get time during weekends

Doctor :   6 hours of sleep should be good and drink 4-5 liters of water during the day as they will help you

Doctor :   Diet take at least 5 meals a day without skipping your breakfast and take 4-5 liters of water during the day and regular exercise for at least 30 min during the day will help you avoid almost all the common day ailments

User :   I cant have solid food...
Doctor :   Some thing solid that will help nullify the acids will help you not liquids that get washed away

Doctor :   that is fine if you can keep it going regularly without skipping on meals but try and make it 5 meals by dividing the during the day as they will take care of the acidity that your having
