User :   my first problem is i feel shyness even when im talking with my collegues

User :   yes doctor but i can make an eye contact
Doctor :   First of all Build your self confidence and figure out what makes you feel shy.
User :   and im unable to talk any thing confidently even if i know the thing is 100 % sure

User :   i think im acting as good person .i mean even in my talks im not opening fully and it is difficult how to explain Dr

User :   from my childhood i always tried to live free in my school days i didnt participate any extra caricullar activites no sports no arts and my friends also these types that influenced more.
User :   i want a freedom in my life but now im working as soldier and im imposed to more rules and regulations
