Doctor :   As per your statistics I find your BMI to be 26.7.
Doctor :   A standard BMI should be 18.5 to 24.9 which indicates that you have to reduce by 6 kgs

Doctor :   Following advices to cut down weight : Doctor :   1. Have lots of fruits , veggies, sprouts, juices(pure no sugar or milk shake in them) in every meal - be it breakfast,lunch,dinner.
Doctor :   2. If you have non-veggie food ,please have barbeque or grilled but not fried or roasted, have chicken winglets & legs rather than liver or mutton or prawn, have small fish rather than large fish, avoid egg yellow & have egg white.
Doctor :   3. Every day have atleast 6-8 lts of water.
Doctor :   4. Early in the morning as soon as you get up, have one litre min. of water and then have a 250 ml of warm water with honey and a pinch of lemon.
Doctor :   5. Please do take a brisk walk for 45 mins.in the morning or evening.
Doctor :   6. If time permits, lie down on the floor for 10 mins., and start cycling, raising legs to 45 degrees alternatively, then together to 30,45,60 degrees , this is the best way to make your waist length perfect.

Doctor :   8. Avoid coffees, teas ; adopt to green teas.
