User :   NO,NOT FRQUET COLD AND COUGH
Doctor :   generally enlarged nodes can mean underlying infections, T.b, or a reactive lymph node secondary to past infections and rarely a lymphoma.

Doctor :   treatment can only be decided if a FNAC/ biopsy of the node is done.
Doctor :   most of the times, this will not need any treatment, as this would be most commonly a reactive lymph node
Doctor :   but, there is no direct medicine to reduce the size.
Doctor :   if we treat the cause for the enlargement, the size will itself come down.
User :   OK , BUT IT IS ADVICE BY ONE OTHER DOCTOR THAT IT MAY CREAT MORE ENLARGEMENT
