User :   hi im a male that had unprotected sex about 4 months ago that around the end of november and now i see like little dot or you can say bumps that are red but they look like they under the skin. and if i sqeeze my shaft and look really close i see these bumps every where. but these bump look the same but they just red around and they do itch alittle but dont busted with puss or anything.i notice it a couple days ago and now they still didnt go away. they are right below my head where my shaft starts.
Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :
Let me read it
User :   does it sound like a std?
Doctor :   I shall explain you

Doctor :
Did you have fever at any point of time?
User :   no
User :   ?
Doctor :   Ok

Doctor :
Usually viral infections does not produce any pus
Doctor :
and viral infection is unlikely in your case
User :   viral?
User :   what is that
Doctor :
Viral includes Herpes infections
User :   so you think i got herpes?
User :   or no
Doctor :
No it is not likely in your case
User :   let explain somthing too
Doctor :
and the next possibility is bacterial infections
Doctor :
but usually with pus
Doctor :
Sure, go on
User :   about feb. 23 i found a bump
User :   that itch really bad
User :   but it pop
User :   and it turn black
Doctor :   Ok

User :   it was under my shaft on the under side and another one was right beside my head
User :   but they went away
User :   and they was like pen point dots
Doctor :
User :   so your saying bacterial infections do have pus?
Doctor :
In your case, the likely possiblity is due to a fungal infection or a reaction to contacts
Doctor :
it is also seen in individual using drugs to improve sex
Doctor :
like viagra for eg.
User :   well i dont use drugs
Doctor :
User :   i am marry
Doctor :
Do you have any discharge or itching sensation?
User :   it itch when i move
User :   but not like alot
Doctor :
User :   and i do discharge in my wife
User :   and she wash it out
User :   and when i do it to her and im done i see like my old cum under my shaft
Doctor :   Ok
User :   but i just check it
User :   and it was red yesterday like around the bumps and now it turning pink
User :   like normal color
Doctor :
Do you have any burning sensation during urination?
User :   nno
Doctor :   Ok
User :   only them little bumps like alot in a group
Doctor :
So it is likely to be a fungal or a vascular reaction(allergic as well) in your case
Doctor :
But nevertheless, I recommend you for a physical examination
User :   allergic to what
Doctor :
and both of you shall need to be examined and treated
User :   so if i go see a doctor
User :   what should i tell him or her
Doctor :
Allergy could be due to soaps, vaginal fluids, water ingredients, condoms(if used)
Doctor :
You should present yourself
Doctor :
the doctor on examination shall be able to assess the cause
Doctor :
and if it is any infection, then your wife shall also need to be treated simultaneously
Doctor :
also you shall need to abstain from intercourse
Doctor :
till infection settles
Doctor :
or use a barrier like condom
User :   i understand
User :   so your saying from what im telling u
User :   its not a std
User :   than right
User :   i mean that what im worry about that all
Doctor :   Yes, that is a less likely one

Doctor :
your symptoms correlate to fungal infections
Doctor :
but fungal infections can be transmitted sexually as well
Doctor :
but not only route
Doctor :
can occur due to lack of hygiene, excessive moisture, etc
User :   so your saying like if she doesnt keep her vagina clean
User :   than it could be the cause
Doctor :   if she has fungal infection, then she can transmit and vice versa

Doctor :
the hygiene part is for you as well
User :   so if i discharge in her and she use water to clean all the time
User :   can that lead to fungus? in her
Doctor :   Lesser chances

Doctor :
but the fraction of an incidence is always
User :   but can you explain to me this
User :   how come wheni look up info on std
User :   it like alomst the same
User :   like they are small bumps i mean small
User :   they are red
User :   but they dont pus
User :   and they itch just alittle when i move not everytime tho
Doctor :   Yes it can, but that includes fungal as welll

Doctor :
rather than Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Herpes which are more prevalent
User :   what you mean by prevalent
Doctor :   occurence

Doctor :
Are you getting it?
User :   and would the bumps be bigger in size
User :   yess
User :   i am
Doctor :
Not necessarily
Doctor :
it can increase in either no. or size or even remain stagnant
Doctor :
depends on the cause
User :   so it like a 50/50 it could be fungus or a std right
User :   or 100 % fungus
Doctor :   mainly a fungal, which can be a STD

Doctor :
fungal STD to put it in simple
Doctor :
and other problem is the reaction which I was mentioning
User :   and can it be cure?
Doctor :
It can be cured
Doctor :
there is no problem in the treatment aspect
User :   like never come back right?
User :   ok
Doctor :
You shall need to follow the necessary changes
Doctor :
like precautions mainly in hygiene
Doctor :
and avoiding the causing allergens, if any
User :   that all
Doctor :   Yes

Doctor :
Is there any thing else I can help you with?
User :   if it is a fungus std how long will it last
Doctor :   It can last unless treated

Doctor :
as the area is more conducive for the survival of the fungus
User :   ok
User :   thanks for your time
User :   and information
User :   it really help me and i hope your right
