User :   Hi I have developed a red blotchy rash on the shaft my penis and the pubic region above it. The rash is not sore or itchy and only appered two days ago. i have only had the one sexual partner for the past two years. could you please shed some light on my situation i have looked at sti symptoms but none seem to match. thakns
