User :   i have some red blotches on my penis , there is no itching and it seems to get worse after sexual intercourse
Doctor :   where are these located? are they on the shaft of penis? or are they on the head or the glans penis?
User :   mainly on the head
Doctor :   are they raised from surrounding skin surface?
Doctor :   are they on the entire glans penis? or are they on the edges?
User :   no they do not seem to be and after a week or two they go but come back again after intercourse

User :   yes seem to
Doctor :   do you have a single partner?
User :   yes
Doctor :   please provide your age, marital status, height, weight, details of past medical illness if any
Doctor :   does your partner have any vaginal discharge that is smelly or itchy?
Doctor :   is there redness and inflammation in private parts of your partner?
User :   42 married 6ft tall 100 kgs no medical problems

Doctor :   1) as a normal phenomenon with the increased blood supply to the organ
User :   is there a cream or something i can put on ?
Doctor :   2) as a result of inflammation due to the acidic medium of vagina
Doctor :   3) as a inflammation due to possible silent infection in your wife
Doctor :   the mneasures taht you can use are

Doctor :   1) use condoms for next few intercourse and see if the blotches do not appear.
Doctor :   if they dont, then the reason would be either the 2nd or the 3rd option.
Doctor :   if they appear still with use of condoms, then the 1st option could be the likely cause
User :   sometimes i get very small like blisters but not very often ?
Doctor :   2) apply lubricant creams and see if the acidic medium of the vagina can be reduced
Doctor :   the blisters that you get could again be due to the 2nd or the 3rd option.
Doctor :   and in such cases, your wife should be examined and a vaginal smear done
Doctor :   to see if there are any infections associated
Doctor :   which is causing you such symptoms
Doctor :   and if infection is found out, then both of you should be treated with complete course of antibiotics
