I am XXXXXXX
How can I help you?
Good to XXXXXXX you.
I have some irritation in my eyes. they are recurring and itching
But the sneezing is stopped.
Since when are you having this problem?
last 4 days i would say.
Did it start after you had a cold?
But it is not continuous and
Do you have nose block?
I work with laptop and maybe the excessing exposure have brought irritation, this is what i iniitally thought
Not at the moment, i took steam and feeling better.
Do you get discharge from the eyes?
Let me guide you regarding this.
The irritation in the eyes can be due to nasal block. It is possible that you may be having a viral conjunctivitis.
Don't get scared by the name.
If it is viral conjunctivitis, it gets resolved by itself.
And in case it is due to the nasal block, you will be feeling better as the cold disappears.
I would not suggest any drops, as you are not having any typical features of conjunctivitis.
It should be resolving by itself.
You can make sure that you are not straining your eyes much.
Also do steam inhalation regularly to keep your nostrils clear.
Yes. I will do that.
That would help in giving an antioxidant effect.
And would help in clearing the cold faster.
Ok. I will get it. Thanks.
Is there anything else that I could assist you on?
Hope this was helpful.
Have a Nice Evening!!
Bye for now.
Thank you. This helps.
Thanks for consulting me.
