Doctor:The irritation in the eyes can be due to nasal block. It is possible that you may be having a viral conjunctivitis.
Doctor:Don't get scared by the name.
Doctor:If it is viral conjunctivitis, it gets resolved by itself.
Doctor:And in case it is due to the nasal block, you will be feeling better as the cold disappears.

Doctor:I would not suggest any drops, as you are not having any typical features of conjunctivitis.
Doctor:It should be resolving by itself.
Doctor:You can make sure that you are not straining your eyes much.
Doctor:Also do steam inhalation regularly to keep your nostrils clear.
User:Yes. I will do that.
Doctor:You can take Tab. Vitamin C (celin) chewable tablets thrice daily.
