User :   Hi there i have had a recurrent throat infection which took about 3 weeks to get rid of with two doses of penicillin...since then i have felt extremely fatigued and weak
User :   had swollen glands

Doctor :   You see following infection there is always an inflammtory reaction which subsides on th due course even after antibiotics
Doctor :   Your a re fatigue because during the throat infection probably did u have any difficulty in swalloing

Doctor :   So you were deprived of energy right?
User :   yh i was so u think all will be well after a while

Doctor :   I suggest you to gargle your throat with lukewarm water with some salt in it
Doctor :   Twice a day for 5 days
Doctor :   Now is fatigue is related to any other exertion other than daily chores
User :   um no i just graduated from uni
User :   it may have been exam stress

User :   i use to do gym like 3 times a week

User :   um no i will try that more weight stuff
Doctor :   Using weights should be done with the help of atrainer . do u have any?
User :   no not at the moment
Doctor :   Because even if you overdo it , results in fatigue
Doctor :   Do u have any other medical condition
User :   i gett u....maybe yoga?
User :   nope
User :   i got my blood suger levels done they were 8.6
User :   which it above normal
Doctor :   That helps a lot in releving stress and making you fresh
Doctor :   Ok the units plz
Doctor :   Was it a random blood sugar level/ fasting level
User :   um i dnt no the units my doctor just said it was 8.6 and 7 was normal
User :   um it was at the hospital

Doctor :   For generalised tiredness and fatiguability i would rather adfvise you to get your blood tested for anemia
