User :   I was suffering from throat infection last week
User :   I took antibiotics and recovered over last weekend

Doctor :   1) Have salt water gargle 3 to 4 times a day.
Doctor :   2)Take steam inhalation.
Doctor :   3) Add karvol plus in the steam water.
User :   steam with nilgiri oil ?

Doctor :   Instead you can add Karvol plus capsule after breaking it and only adding the medication which is inside
Doctor :   You can also add cinnamon powder to a glass of boiling water and add 1 tbsp of honey with pepperpowder and have it three times a day.
Doctor :   5)Also water boiled with basil leaves can be used for gargling
