User :   Hi Doctor xxxxx, I keep getting recurring pain on my left kneecap.
Doctor :   How long you ghacve the probl;em?
User :   Initially I thought it had got to do with driving the car...i.e. holding the clutch..but seems not so
User :   Been there for um..over 9 months or so,,
Doctor :   Is there any history of displacement knee cap in the paqst?
User :   Now it seems going up to the no history of displacement or so..
Doctor :   Do you play lot? Do you exercise ?
User :   Matter of fact....No exercise..

Doctor :   And it is only in one knee cap
User :   When I hold onto certain pressure points in the foot there seems some relief,,
User :   Yes it is only in one knee cap..

Doctor :   The reasons for pain : possible cycst behind the knee cap
Doctor :   2. inflamation of the space behind the cap
Doctor :   3. Strain of the ligaminets attaching the cap to to the bones
Doctor :   What You have to do: Doctor :   Get the physical examination to rule out any swelling when you get the real pain
User :   Any heart conditions that could lead to this...not that I have one but curious..
Doctor :   No relation between the heart condition and knee cap
User :   Ok thanks, just was wondering if for e.g. any possible blocks could cause this...thanks for confirming that it is not..
Doctor :   I advise you learn few exercises which increases muscles strength attaching the cap
